We are professional shippers. We ship many orders the same day! You can trust that your items will arrive safely.
Domestic Shipping: Our web site offers calculated UPS and USPS (Post Office) rates inside the US. If you need an alternate shipping method, please contact us by phone or e-mail with your request. Domestic orders are normally shipped within one business day of payment receipt. Some items take 2-3 days for processing. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive.
International Shipping: We offer USPS and UPS services outside the US. International orders are normally shipped within 2 days of shipping approval and payment receipt.
Shipping Location: Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fairfield, Ohio; however, some orders will ship factory-direct from a different location. If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, call or e-mail us to make sure that it will.
Return Policy: You may return your items for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please package carefully, and return items in new condition. Include the bottom portion of your packing slip with the return.
