To insure the best possible outcome, please contact us by phone or email before shipping any package back.
Cancellations: You may cancel any order that has not already shipped. To do so, please email or call us and we are happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will make sure you receive the correct items. Hold onto the damaged merchandise and packaging until you speak with us. We will let you know if you should dispose of or return the original order.
Returns: You may return unused items for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please choose the shipping method that is the most convenient for you and package carefully. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds: All refunds will be processed with the original payment method.
