Domestic Shipping: Our web site offers calculated UPS and USPS (Post Office) rates inside the US.
International Shipping: Our web site offers calculated USPS (post office) and UPS rates outside the US. International orders are normally shipped within two business days of payment receipt. We can now ship international orders by DHL. Please email us for a quote.
UPS, DHL, or FedEx 3rd Party Billing: To bill your own UPS, DHL, or FedEx account number, place your order by phone.
UPS or FedEx 3rd Party Billing: To bill your own UPS or FedEx account number, place your order by phone. When using your own account number, you will pay a $2 handling fee per order for UPS, and $5 handling fee per order for FedEx.
Tracking: All packages are tracked and fully insured. We will send an email with tracking information the day that your package ships.
Shipping Location: Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fairfield, Ohio; however, some orders will ship from a different warehouse. If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, call or e-mail us to make sure that it will.
