Shipping Date: In-stock orders placed by phone or web site today will ship the following business day. Always call us about time sensitive orders to confirm availability and ship date.

Shipping Location: Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hamilton, Ohio; however, some orders will ship from a different warehouse. If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, call or e-mail us to make sure that it will.

Domestic Shipping: Our web site offers calculated UPS, FedEx and Standard. Standard shipping may go by our choice of USPS, FedEx or UPS.

International Shipping: Our web site offers calculated USPS (post office) and UPS rates outside the US.

UPS or FedEx 3rd Party Billing: To bill your own UPS or FedEx account number, place your order by phone.

Tracking: All packages are tracked and fully insured. We will send an email with tracking information the day that your package ships.
